simple part. A pressure switch? Do you have any idea how long pressure switches have been around? This is not some new, modern, fancy smancy part. It's a simple part. It unscrews, and a new one screws right back in. It even uses an o-ring seal so it's nearly idiot proof. No torque specs, just need to get it snug.
Don't quote $500 for 20 minutes worth of work on an at best $50 part.
But if you're that adamant about overcharging, go for it and continue to lose business on the more complicated jobs given you've already lost my trust on the simple ones.
