Speaking of Arkansas- So I golfed in a tournament with Bobby Petrino a few weeks
Back- it was a fundraiser for the Missouri St football program. Petrino was the former coach of Arkansas until his motorcycle accident and is now head coach of MSU.
A few notable items…
MSU is a top 5 FCS team
He believes they will beat Arkansas and so do his players.
MSU’s QB is none other than Jason Shelly of ute and Aggie fame. He may be the best qb at the FCS level.
Their FG kicker is one of the best in the country- Petrino believes he’s an NFL kicker - he’s from Lehi Utah, grew up Catholic, has been meeting with the missionaries and just got baptized.
