We are in a stake center that already had 3 cameras mounted above the back doors and middle above the big curtain door. The stake tech guy insisted that using those would be too complicated, so we started with a USB webcam on a tripod similar to your original setup.

Same thing. Drove me nuts, especially having nice, unobtrusive cameras already mounted. We stream via YouTube instead of zoom, just for that meeting, zoom for the other classes.

Eventually we convinced the stake guy to just let us try. There's a panel in the back in the overflow that we just needed the key to use.

I don't know many specifics, but it's basically plug and play. Every since having the key to the panel, our tech guy just plugs his laptop into it and can stream the service using free, simple software that allows him to pan, zoom, etc any of the 3 cameras.
