If you haven't raised and butchered your own cattle, then you haven't had a real fine steak that is delicious and healthy to eat.
I was out of college before I ever lowered my standards enough to eat an expensive restaurant steak. Frankly, it was disappointing.
Unfortunately, being spoiled with truly great tasting meat has made it hard for me to justify paying big bucks to some restaurant in a gamble that the results will be edible.
