Some not so hot and perhaps in some cases unpopular takes on BYUSN
Disclaimer: i don't watch it even close to every day - maybe 1 show every week or two, depending on season and content- so I admit my opinions could be better informed but I think I've watched enough to get a good feel.

1. A daily hour long TV show dedicated to our teams - is pretty nice luxury to have as a fan base. It is generally well produced. I appreciate it but it could be better.

2. Because it's a daily hour show it can get a bit repetitive as far as material and guests. (As such it's often best consumed in podcast form at 2x speed and FFwd repetitive stuff)

3. #2 doesn't ever apply to John Beck. He is an awesome guest and once a week would be great.

4. Spence and Jarom aren't HOFers but prob get more abuse than they deserve on CB. (Time to lose the top button though JJ). They do some things well with regards to a portion of the fanbase, and some things not as well for a different portion.

5. I can't ever get enough Treeo commercials, so no complaints there. I wish more people knew about Treeo.

6. BYUSN misses opportunities during the playing seasons to actually show more highlights of our various teams. Just by way of example, if the soccer team just took down the #15 ranked team why on earth not show more than just one play/goal. Why not ESPN style highlight clip? I get it where there are tv rights issues but if the game was broadcast on BYUTV in the first place, it makes no sense to me. Note that I get that you are simulcasting on radio but could still just broadcast the highlight portion in the last segment of the show and excise that from radio. (If no highlights bc its off-season then fold in AFR segments to BYUSN. Just pre tape the show and then space out for content.)

I could prob have my opinion swayed on some of these. But not on # 3 or 5.
