I might be a day or two behind on this topic, sorry.
Let's assume that Cal/Stan/Wash/OU are, as reported, likely to be invited to B10 under escalator clause. So we assume they are getting something very close to what USC and UCLA get.
Is there a way to justify turning that down? I can't make a good argument.
So . . . yeah. I guess it is still "fluid" but incoming information makes P12 look like dead-conference-walking.
The best-remaining schools joining the B12 seems obvious. But, also, I wouldn't totally exclude crazier ideas like a B12-P12 break-away conference that just takes the "best" remaining schools and starts the Big Pacific 12 Conference (or something).
