Devin Kaufusi is a captain at Utah, Does anyone on CB know why he didn't do well

at BYU? Obviously he had time to improve himself at Utah and that might have happened at BYU also. I am guessing the scheme difference - 4 DL at Utah compared to 3 DL at BYU - fits Devin's skillset better. Both teams have good DLs and LBs, so I don't think he is doing better because of inferior competition from team mates. He did say he likes the culture, integrating everything top to bottom, a little better at Utah but that doesn't seem like a big difference maker to me either. Just curious if anyone on this board has some insight.
