I typically work in the office and I usually just have a granola bar or a protein bar for breakfast, my usual PB&J sandwich for lunch, and then dinner when I get home. But when I'm working from home, my wife takes it upon herself to make sure I have a big breakfast, a mid-morning snack, a big lunch, and then a mid-afternoon snack. Thus far today:
Breakfast - large plate of bacon, eggs, and pancakes
Mid-morning snack - plate of crackers and cheese
Lunch - large plate of gnocchi
Early-afternoon Snack - large slice of apple pie
Plus I have a bowl of that day's chips (tortilla chips, cheez-its, potato chips, crackers, etc., etc.) on my desk that she make sure is replenished throughout the day/
Luckily I go back to the office next week.
