Tuiaki's very biggest problem is that he hasn't learned that if you can't stop the run then you have no chance.
Nobody wants to have to play an 8 man box. Nobody wants to leave their corners on an island. But you do it if you have to in order to stop the run. We didn't stop the run all night.
Obviously 1B is QB pressure. Make the QB throw you the ball...or watch him pick you apart.
A good defense stops the run and gets QB pressure period. Neither is a priority for this DC.
