Upperclassmen, I would have to think that the coaching staff views this year as an opportunity to springboard to their next coaching stop. As a result, I would think that at least some of the coaches are working even now how to squeeze the most juice out of this season. Doesn’t seem like year 1 big 12 is really going to afford the coaching staff the same type of opportunities.

Or has the money and the institutional support grown to a level where the coaches might look at other opportunities as not as much upside given what they’d have to give up in their current role at byu?
