On a pretty strict high protein low fat diet. Therefore I need most meals to be pretty protein-centric.
My go to lunches have been chicken breast, rice, and broccoli.
For breakfast or other random times I’ll have egg whites on toast with little or no butter.
Also eating a lot of tuna fish with very little low fat Mayo.
As for snacks I do a lot of beef jerky and protein drinks.
I find I’m having to chug a lot of liquid protein to meet my goals. I’d like to eat more and drink less.
What are some other easy and conventional high protein foods I should be including?
