While true, I get bugged more about my employees that leave with bad timing
-Waiting until I'm on vacation to tell me
-giving notice where most of the time you will be on vacation
-leaving right after giving a raise and changing your schedule to your liking
Or leaving after taking reps all spring, fall, and 3 games in
