My dad recently left an employer he has been with for 30 years. When he told

Then he was leaving and that it was because he wanted to be challenged more, the company basically agreed that they couldn’t give him what he wanted and supported him leaving. They mentioned the door was open if his new job didn’t work out.

So far I think it’s working out and my dad has an office with an incredible view.
