Putting myself in Holkers shoes I understand the decision

Stay at BYU and play behind a sophomore in an offensive scheme that doesn’t use TEs as much or go to the U and possibly become THE guy after Kuithe and Kincaid leave in an offense that prioritizes TEs. It’s kind of a no brainer if you want to increase draft stock. Its a long term decision which I get completely get. Good luck to him if he goes but I hope he loses against BYU😎
