What an unfortunate line of thinking that he does not owe anything to a key
group of people who have supported him and made his current dream possible. The fans are an important part of every program. The fans are a key part that players even receive scholarships for athletics.
He does not owe some lifetime loyalty oath to us the fans, but quitting a few games into the season in his situation disrespects the sport and the fans.
