insurance rates are so high. Because of these scumbags.

My guess is that the one going through right now has done this before, which of course isn't admissable.

Settlement. Insurance deductible is $25K, so they aren't being that magnanimous.

The alternative would be to go ahead and fight it. If a case has no merits, fight it and win at sum. judgment

Problem is that these cases are generally filed in federal court. Federal Courts don't generally award fees that often.
