So, Kliavkoff is sending calculations of increased UCLA costs to UC Board. But doesn't reveal new bids for PAC12?

If I was on the Board of Regents for UC I'd consider it a breach of fiduciary duty to take Kliavkoff's advice on the new financial situation of UCLA without making him disclose what the bids have been for the P12 media rights currently. Certainly that should be part of the consideration.
