Summary judgements are difficult to get in EEOC claims. They are hard to prove
but they are also hard to disprove. Already spent $17K on legal fees. The shuckster lawyers just have a way of incurring fees on the defender's side. Discovery would be a huge distraction to doing normal business.

Been working 35 years and in all of those times only had two EEOC extortion cases. Surprised it hasn't caught on - workers comp fraud must be easier.
