just make sure whatever desk you get has dual motors. they generally last a lot longer.

Not those brands, but standing desks at home and at office. No special chairs.

Yes. Uplift. I love it. I got the keyboard tray and the paddle keypad which is great. My chair is a Secretlab Titan EVO
