Officials and leagues are telling parents if they talk/yell at the refs they and their kid will be suspended from games, or all fans must leave, or the games will be forfeited.

There needs to be a check and balance system with refs, don't make sucky calls and you won't get yelled at (of course no threatening or violence should be tolerated and should be handled by police). But to threaten parents with suspension and expulsion is overstepping.

Leagues are saying there's a shortage of refs, but really there's too many players. Teams need to cut the crappy kids and consolidate to make good teams which limits the amount of refs needed so the soft ones don't apply or get coerced to officiate.

With this being said my team parents are great and haven't had issues. But the refs are getting soft and it bugs.
