Refs are getting soft? Dude it is youth football
They don't get paid enough to put up with crap from parents.
Just be glad they are there to make it possible for your kid to play. If they start making enough money that people compete for the job, then you can feel justified in offering criticism. But for as little as refs make, it is amazing that anyone does that job.
It is youth football. Parents need to get over it.
