2 by 3 foot area in a corner where our wood floors meet the wall is all wet, all the planks have water beaded up on them. and the white baseboard is all discolored from the brown stain of the wood floors. Said corner is in a dining room we don't go into very often so I dont know how long its been there . On the other side of the wall, about 5 feet away is our pool equipment. (we live in Arizona)

Ugh. Plumber called.....cracked pipe to the pool? Water on the slab? Leaking pipe in the wall? Pretty sure its not good.
