For me it’s Fesi to take a job as an OC. The work he’s done with the WRs is awesome. He brings in top talent and gets the backups contributing at a high level. Very few drops. He also has OC experience at a smaller school, and has been in a good system at BYU.
I don’t want to see him go, but it’s healthy to build the BYU coaching tree and diversify experience of the coaching pool for future coaching prospects so I’d be supportive if he wanted to do it.
