The crazy thing is Wyoming scored that touchdown a few minutes later and their
players were doing the “shushing” to the crowd (taunting) right in front of that back judge and all he did was wave them over to their sideline.
The back judge also is the one that through the flag for the illegal block on the fumble recovery that was just a tipped pass. He went over and dropped the flag maybe 4 seconds after the play was over.
