I also get the concerns about the questionable play calling the last two weeks. I'm willing to give ARod the benefit of the doubt and that he was using the Wyoming game to try and force the run game issue, knowing we pretty much had it in the bag. The Wyoming offense was never going to be able to keep up with our offense. I do get confused with why he started with trying to run Hall, though, but anyway.

I get the concerns. But please don't go overboard this week. USU really is THAT bad this season. In the 100's in every offensive and defensive category. Yes, our defense will likely give up an early drive that's going to send this board into a complete meltdown. Yes, our offense will likely have some questionable play calling on a drive or two that stalls those drives. And we're still going to win by 30+. USU is that bad.

At least one of our RBs will run for 150+ and at least two WRs will top 100 yards. USU is that bad. Our TEs will even have more than 3 catches this week. Jacob Conover will finally make his long awaited 2022 appearance. USU is that bad. And USU will not top 300 yards in total offense. They're bad enough that a good defense would hold them to less than 200 yards, but we don't have that. We have a just okay defense that will hold them to less than 300 yards and less than 14 pts.


Just stop with the fatalism. Craig Bohl is a good coach, and Wyoming is a decent team. Wyoming is currently the favorite to win the MWC this year. And we still had the game put away early in the 2nd half. Please stop trying to out scaredy cat each other. It's really not a good look. It's a rather pathetic look, actually.
