Hall is the best BYU QB since Detmer.

I was a kid when Detmer played. I have flashes but no solid memories.

I remember Walsh, Sarkisian, Feterik, Beck, Max, Mangum, Taysom, Wilson and now Hall...of all those QBs...Hall is the QB I'm simply most confident in making the correct play. He's our best QB in 30 years IMHO. He's honestly playing as well as a QB can play. It's beautiful to see. We should pack LES for the remaining games just to watch him play. It's a thing of beauty.

Hall was good but I never really thought he was on the level of '96 Sark or '06 Beck. He had a better career though

He is not far off actually. Career wise Beck has a 141.3 passer rating, Hall has a 158.7. Beck's Senior Year was 169.1
