That has very little to do with conference realignment...

Most SEC teams play an annual game vs an OOC rival (examples include South Carolina - Clemson, GA - GA tech, Florida - FSU, Kentucky - Louisville). Texas and Texas A&M just don't play because they don't want to play. Utah and BYU could easily figure it out and play every year. I don't care about playing the USU every though. Just play USU 2-3 times a decade and always in Provo.
