Last December my bank offered me a promo on my Home Equity. Use the advance checks and get 1.49% for 12 months.
That’s a great deal, so I took it. Fast forward to this year. My company is forecasting another 1.25% in rate hikes by the end of the year. That will put my rate at I think 7.75% when my promo rate expires. 😳
