from 6:00-7:45 I will run during that time 2x a week for that.
I will also get up at 5:00am and ride my bike until 5:45 (indoor trainer) and then take my son to Seminary. Yes, I'm sweaty and it's not the most pleasant 30 min drive but it's once a week.
It's all how you elect to spend your time.
I also work from home and will often use my office time to each lunch while working. I will then leverage my lunch hour to train.
This is how I get Ironman training in.
Usually Saturdays are longer training days and it was common at times to get up at 4:30 to get the training knocked out. I will also do a recovery run on Sundays (my personal decision and I have no issue with it).
