I have 4 kids in sports and/or art other stuff. My hobby is golf, no way I could
do it every night.
But I can easily find 2 hours to golf 9 holes once a week. Sometimes the kids come with me. It works for me I guess. If I'm consistent with it I golf 20-25 times a year which is pretty good.
BYU football is kind of my hobby too (idk if it's a hobby) but I am able to attend or watch every game (though sometimes it's on DVR).
There's usually time for hobbies but it's usually after all the kids stuff is done

I don’t have hobbies but if I did they would probably take some of my workout time. I’ll usually work out before work
