There’s not a single house on my watch list that hasn’t dropped at least 10% in the last 2 months.
It’s funny when new listings come on at last spring prices. Even ones with 100k+ price cuts just sitting there for 60+ days.
My realtor is great and low pressure, but even she’s like “be great to buy now before those interest rates go up.” Sure, but it would also be great not to buy and then see the prices drop another 15% 3 months after.
