Realtors generally don't know anymore than the average person who pays attention

but I think most expectations were probably rates would rise a percent or so this year. And the housing market would have been strong even with rates rising to the mid 4's. If anyone predicted rates to rise to 7% in 6 months ... let me know and I want to follow them for financial advice.

Well i don’t plan on selling for 10-15 years so I guess it’s irrelevant to me. I also live in so cal so maybe it’s diff.

Unless there is a significant economic downtown, I don't think real estate prices will drop as much as the rising
