I've never eaten a Cougartail/maple bar but BYU had something better when I went to College there, Alligator Jaw! Anyone

ever had one. I stayed in Helaman Halls (Hinkley Hall in 66-67) The cafeteria or bakery area sold a glazed, triangular shaped donut sliced up the middle and FILLED with a light pink frosting. I have no idea the # of calories, but every bite was incredible. Anyone old enough to have had one or more than one....

Had 'em all the time growing up in Cedar City, but I haven't seen one in about 10 years.

When I was at BYU around 2000 the little bakery in the cougareat sold fresh-baked mini loaves of bread with honey butter
