On that first bomb to Romney where the defender intentionally tries to trip Romney before the ball gets there
Does the ref through a flag for PI if that is an incomplete pass? I still don’t get how a flag doesn’t come out immediately upon seeing that. There was a similar play later in the game with a very blatant PI but no flag, also a completion for first down. Seems like it should be just like basketball and and 1. You throw the flag regardless and sort it out after the fact but that play to Romney was 10/10 PI.

he rolls over like he is hurt after. could've been a PI. or he could've tripped and it was incidental.
