One other dad is helping me out with the team. We've got 3 practices until the first game.

I got them running flag pulling drills on sweeps to the boundary and the snake drill. Sharks and minnows.
Also working on handoffs. That was last night, a day after the league gave me any info.

I hope to have 1 play ready to go for game time: dive right or left with the option to sweep it the other way and a play action pass based on that (rule is you have to complete a forward pass to advance the ball within 5 yards of the first down or goal line).

Any recommendations for adding to practice? Also what gear do you recommend for the kids?

My kids are spoiled. I was lucky to play one sport a year if my parents had money to sign me up and it was only ever baseball or soccer. I love it though.
