Having watched all defensive snaps, this is mostly on the safeties
So, the D-line needs to get off blocks, and the DEs need to not get sealed. Several plays, though not that many, the outside LBs either let an O-lineman get into them too easily, or maybe over committed to the outside and left a cutback lane. That stuff was actually pretty minor as far as impact.

However, those were not a huge part of the defensive issues. The real problem was safeties not getting downhill fast enough, not properly reading the linebacker in front of them (safety's job is to "read and fill") and then missing tackles once they got there. Particularly Talan Alfrey was SLOW getting downhill. Several times he was in his backpedal when he should already have been 5 yards downhill.
