I don't like kickers that get to emotionally excited when they make kicks (Oldroyd). I know eventually they will miss and it will affect them too much.

do your job. If you make it go, sit down and wait for the next kick. If you miss it, go sit down and wait for the next kick. everyone else, make, or miss, leave, the kicker alone.
