I love Jaren. He’s very in control. So much so that I think we’ve missed out on several big running lanes. the coaches aren’t running him and/or he isn’t running when big lanes are there. When he eventually decides to run he does so with no commitment and is tackled immediately.

We have not seen dual threat Jaren and we need it this year more than ever because our run game has not shown up consistently. If we are to beat Notre Dame and/or Arkansas he needs to pop off at least 2-3 runs in each of those games. It’s like we coached the running out of him due to an abundance of caution and part of what makes him such a threat has been completely neutered.

This is an observation - not a complaint about Jaren. Love his game. Just want to see all of it.
