We're at that point where everyone can be torn down or built up
Utah lost to a Florida team that hasn't looked good since, and then beat up on a bunch of bad teams. So maybe Utah is great and had a blip against Florida. Or maybe they're terrible and benefitting from weak competition.

BYU you could argue is really good. Beat the Big 12 champion, only loss was to a 4-1 Oregon who only lost to the national champ. Or you could argue BYU is bad. They lost to Oregon who was destroyed by the only good team they played. Otherwise BYU has played down to low level competition in Wyoming and Utah State and the marquee win (Baylor) is a team that might not be good. They haven't beaten anyone of note and struggled with Iowa St.

A few more weeks and things clear up, but right now almost any team can be talked up or down by looking at opponents opponents
