People wonder why recruits go to A over B. Granted team B has had a little success the last 2 years, nothing huge but finished ranked #11 & #19 for a little momentum.
Team A has played in 3 Rose Bowls, An Orange Bowl and Fiesta Bowl and is 6-3 in all these Bowls. All bigger Bowls that what Team B has played.
Team B has played in 11 small Bowls and has gone 6-5.
Team A has finished ranked #3, #7, #8, #11 and has had a final ranking 7 times in the Top 20 in the last 10 seasons.
Team B finished ranked twice, not cracking the Top 10 once.
Team A has had 4 semi finalists for the Heisman Trophy fly to New York all finished 2nd. As well as 2 Doak Walker winners, AP Player of the Year, Outland Trophy winners, Jet Award winner, Maxwell Award winner, Paul Hornung Award winners, etc.
Team B none.
Team A has had 42 NFL Draft picks since 2010, w 6 first rounders.
Team B has had 14 NFL draft picks, with 2 first rounders.
Team A has gone 9-2 against its hated rival.
Team B has gone 1-9 against its hated rival
Team A ranks higher academically than team B.
Ebbs and flows of programs but I see why people go to Team A. If you don’t take off the goggles lol.
