For turnover prone transfers, structure offense to counter that problem.
Per kenpom, BYU is 358th worst team at getting the ball stolen from them, and 349th in overall turnovers.

Why would you build such an offense that enables opponents to exploit your new PG's biggest historical weakness?

What's more, high turnover teams are no fun to watch and demoralizing to cheer for.

What was wrong with the half court offense of 2020? You have the outside shooting and comparable talent at the post.

If this team were a top 40 team in limiting turnovers, BYU would be ranked in the top 30 right now, beaten ISU easily, and returned from SD with a 2-0 record, AOTBE.
