My wife works HR for a small dealership in a small town. They are looking for a diesel mechanic. They want to have a certified Ford mechanic, but are willing to pay for that training for someone who is skilled and wants to do it. Pretty decent sign on bonus apparently. The ideal candidate is someone who wants small town living.
