Taysom Hill.

Jaren isn't Taysom Hill, he's a better passer, but he's a poor mans second choice running. And when we talk about injury prone, Hill came back stronger, Hall played thru it this year, but look at the results.

Jaren is between 6 and 12... at 6, it's probably worth the shot, but will he hold that? will he get a combine slot? will Pro-Day highlight everything he can do?

If not, I think he could slip, into the UDFA range, and then what's all the value in going early? A UDFA MIGHT stick, or gets stuck on a scout team without any guaranteed money.

But next year he could potentially be a #3 or #4 guy with a strong year in the Big12.

Dunno, but it's worth remembering that Taysom very nearly didn't make it but for Payton
