Likeability is a big factor which is inversely related to high draft pick
If you are a top pick you get a little arrogant and you get special treatment that isolates you from other players.
Look at Rus in Denver. He lives in a whole different world than his teammates, so they aren't going to like him unless he delivers.

To me that just means Heinicke deserves more scrutiny than he’s getting. They’re both at the bottom of PFF’s QB rankings
