You have this guy that spent hundreds of millions on lavish living, gambled away billions by syphoning money from a bank to his hedge fund on very speculative coins. He publicly stated he was going to give his whole multi billion fortune. He later tells reporters it was all a lie and big news outlets like WSJ write a ridiculous puff piece about him, trying to show sympathy for him, like it was just a minor lapse in judgement. He is a total sociopath, has no real empathy and has destroyed many lives. His biggest regret is filling chapter 11 bankruptcy.
It wasn't the lying, stealing, manipulation, etc. I just don't understand the WSJ and other outlet's angle on this. Are they getting paid off or are they just oblivious?
