As I watched Dallin Hall drive, draw defenders and kick to a wide open Jaxson Robinson who buried the big time 3 in overtime I had a huge smile on my face from ear to ear.
Those two players are the future foundation of the program in it's initial Big 12 seasons. Seeing them have breakout games together today is huge for the program.
Hall is a freshman RM and yet has already begun showing his great basketball instincts and IQ to go along with that strong frame. He has the potential to be a special point guard.
Few people realize Jaxson Robinson is just 19 years old. (He graduated from high school a year early and was just 17 as a freshman at Texas A&M). The 6'7 shooting guard and former top 100 recruit has a very high ceiling.
Those 2 together can form a special backcourt in our early Big 12 seasons. May they continue to grow, develop, and gel together. They are the future:
