I stand with #3. RIP Lennay Hi
Is it just a busy weekend in the St. George area or is the traffic getting really bad down here? This weekend has been
comparable to what I see in western LA county and worse than what I deal with in eastern LA county and most parts of Orange County.
Seems like the valley that St. George sits in is too small for the amount of people that congregate here.

Yep. More and more regular. But I mean it’s Thanksgiving week, Black Friday, etc

When we get heavy tourist weekends, it is as you describe. President’s Day has a

It’s only going to get worse with all the IronMans and events they hold there

Is the weather good there? Seems hot as hades in summer and super cold winters

Sometimes 10–15 degrees warmer than SLC in the winter. And nearly always sunny.

That’s still much colder than Phoenix right? I don’t know Phoenix winters.

Phoenix is the best of the southwest area for sure. Phoenix is usually 5-10 degrees warmer than Vegas in the winter

Super cold? I mean you can play golf every day. It’s frosty in the mornings but

St George keeps growing and keeps adding/hosting more and more events.

The city planning in STG has been AWFUL. Need to learn from Sedona or Park City
RUNBYU1

Is Sedona really considered “well planned”? Don’t they have dozens of roundabouts and deal with excessive traffic

The city planning/zoning, etc. is light years better. Our country needs to learn

There are obviously hundreds of larger populated cities throughout America but the small valley and few road options
