The way the team started to show heart again.

In the second half of the Arkansas game, the team just gave up.

The team really didn't play with heart at all in the Liberty game (Hans Olsen said it was about the worst film he'd ever seen, people just didn't even try to do their assignments).

But in the ECU game, I saw effort... even if they didn't win. The "I give up and roll over" attitude from the last two games were gone. I saw heart.

The improvement continued, and we beat Boise (who's no slouch).

I give Kalani credit for the turnaround. A team that's psychologically "beaten" is tough to turn around. He deserves some credit for this.
