Hammocks are very much like many other outdoor products, were it can be hard to find an “all-around” good product rather than a specified one.

I will obviously use it to just lounge around at times. I would also like it to be lightweight enough for backcountry trip, and ability to actually sleep a night in it without ruining my back. I’ve seen many that have add one, like bug nets and rain guards.

I figure there has to be at least one hammock expert on Cougarboard.
