He got PLENTY of projects. Particularly bigs. But unlike Pope
some of his project-recruits were remarkably low-ceiling in athleticism & agility — as well as raw in skill.
Most of Rose's project pickups were very random finds. He was not out there scouring his bases to fill his needs.
